Montreal’s **ATSUKO CHIBA** weaves a genre-defying, sonic tapestry from post-rock, progressive rock, and krautrock, subverted by offbeat songwriting.

Live, they combine their brand of experimental rock with video and light installations triggered in real-time by the band, creating an immersive multisensorial environment. This spectacle has taken them on the road with the likes of And You Will Know Use By The Trail Of Dead, 65daysofstatic, Caspian and Big Business.

The latest album Water, It Feels Like It’s Growing (released in January 2023 via Mothland records) is a groove-laden, psychedelic, droney and hypnotic masterwork that needs to be experienced live.

The third incarnation of Derby’s **GODDESSES** finds global grooves and hypnotic rhythms in the spaces of a shoegaze maelstrom. Traversing psych, krautrock, shoegaze and any number of global sonic touchpoints with guitar, bass, drums and vocals this three-piece crafts motorik flow on cascading waves of guitar noise, dragging ethereal vocals from the deep.

Birmingham two-piece **MATTERS** return to Nottingham bringing their psychedelic take on industrial techno with them. A transcendental, hypnotic experience Matters live shows combine the lofty sonic ambitions of film scores with the beats of basement nightclubs and the surging pulses of industrial noise. A favourite of Supersonic Festival, they released the Echolocations album in 2023, one of the year’s standout electronic records.
