In this two hour workshop, you will learn the skills and techniques behind pickling and fermenting. The class will focus around producing festive pickle and sauerkraut which you can take home to enjoy - perfect with Christmas leftovers!

Once armed with the skills of pickling and fermentation, the possibilities are endless! We will discuss how you can continue your new found love of preserving within your own home.

The class will take place in Benk + Bo's kitchen, headed up by our Head Chef Lucy.

Mulled wine and cheese board provided!
