The Interlude is our Valentines Day showcase, brought to you by Move Forward Music, which will stage bright up-and-coming artists in an intimate space in Brooklyn. Hosted by Miss Milan, New York City’s own, the show will feature a headlining performance by Brooklyn’s own Talia Goddess, who is a young shapeshifter in the community. Performances by Florida artist SOPHIETHEHOMIE and by Eric Penn will make this year’s Valentines Day a date to be remembered.

Talia Goddess Bio:
Meet NYC's very own Talia Goddess (Tayahna Walcott) — the 19-year-old barrier breaker, music shapeshifter, multi-hyphenate who has solidified her status as a young, creative powerhouse. She merges her many talents as a self-taught singer-songwriter, rapper, music, producer, DJ, model, multi-instrumentalist, creative entrepreneur, and community leader to galvanize the next generation of creatives and push culture forward.
Limited tickets will be sold at the door.

COVID-19 Policy:
We will continue to follow CDC + DOH guidelines along with additional safety measures to ensure everyone's comfort in the space. PR staff will be tested + masked and we encourage guests to do the same as much as possible [along with showing proof of vaccination + ID for entry as always], to be respectful of those around them, and to remain masked when interacting with staff. We encourage guests to also mask throughout the night except when drinking.
In accordance with NYC guidelines, all audiences will be required to show proof of vaccination + ID for Sound Room entry. Some examples of proof of vaccination include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card [or photo], NYC Vaccination Record, or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S.

We reject all forms of aggressive behavior including, Racism, Misogyny, Transphobia, Homophobia, Genderphobia, Religious Bigotry, and hatred or discrimination of any kind.

Consent is paramount, please respect the personal space of our patrons and staff.
If you, or someone around you is being harassed.  Please notify one of our staff members immediately.

Anyone found in violation of our rules and safer space policy will be removed from the venue.
