Nadine Shah’s music is impossible to pigeonhole. With the gift of storytelling, her music skirts folk with edges of striking alternative rock that pay homage to PJ Harvey, and an imaginative lick of jazz adventurism. Her talents seen in her latest drop LP, Holiday Destination which surpasses all expectations and offers up a beautiful state of the world analysis.

Working with producer Ben Hillier, her 2013 debut Love Your Dum And Mad was a striking and moving record written around the death of two friends who took their own lives. Returning with more passion poured soundscapes, 2015 LP Fast Food offered up strong progression that The Guardian called, “Passion-drenched but poised love songs,” proving she still had much to bring.
