What do I do when I arrive?
Please show up a few minutes early and line-up outside upon arrival. You will be brought in a few minutes before the performance begins.
Is the start time of the event when the band plays?
Yes! Performance will begin promptly at start time, please arrive a few minutes early and line-up outside upon arrival. You will be brought in a few minutes before the performance begins. There is no "doors" time since we're just a record store.
What time does the event end?
Please note - ALL of our event end times are only estimates; as some events move faster and some move slower than others. We're unable to hold the artist in the store for long once we move through the line, so please show up on time!
When do I pick up my album?
You will be given your album when we check you in at the door before the performance.
If I can't make it, how long do I have to pick up my album?
Please note - you will have 30 days after the event to pick up your album if you're unable to make it.
If I can't make it, will my album be signed when I pick it up?
While we always try to have the leftover stock signed by the artist after an event concludes, please be aware this is NOT guaranteed.
