Are there age restrictions for this event?
This is a 14+ event. Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult. Please bring ID if you wish to get served at the bar.
Who do I contact for disability access queries/requests?
For disability access requests, please contact the DICE helpcentre or dice.fm/contact.
You will still need to purchase a ticket / album bundle here & then contact DICE directly for an additional carer's pass or to organise disability access.
When will my album be posted?
If you've ordered an album bundle, your copy will be posted to the delivery address linked to your DICE account the week of release.
If you'd like it to be sent to a different address, please email orders@resident-music.com.
Will the bar take cash?
CHALK is a cashless venue, so please ensure you have a bank card or other digital payment method on you.
