Strip It is a day dedicated to exploring gender-fluidity, acceptance, intimacy & vulnerability through improvisations, a photo exhibition & performances led by primarily non-binary artists. AT A SECRET LOCATION IN HACKNEY WICK: attendees who have purchased tickets will be emailed the exact location on 17th X

We are creating a space that is wholly accepting of our bodies by stripping back constructs of gender with various art forms. There's opportunities for guests to be part of the show throughout. You can find out more about the day and how you can get involved below...

We ask guests to bear in mind 3 things when contributing to the space: 1. Accept the spectrum of identities that form the space and be accepting when participating in improvisations. 2. Respect the space as one that is made by and for non-binary people. It is open to all identities because it is built on kindness and openness, so please reflect this mindset when interacting with the work, the performances and other guests. 3. Progress with the day: get involved in improvisations even if it’s your first time, ask questions and we hope you'll feel moved to instigate conversations after the show!

Vegan food served all day by the delectable Dorota.

Exhibition by Theodorah Ndlovu - All day @lifethroughmylense_pro Theodorah Ndlovu will be debuting their photo series of non-binary artists amongst nature. Theodorah has been working as a photographer in London for many years, working with artists and capturing the energy of live music settings. They have shot the likes of Sons of Kemet, Charlotte Dos Santos, Gary Bartz and NAKANE. Theodorah is born::free resident photographer. Although they have been on the ground creating for an expert amount of time, this will be Theodorah’s first exhibition; an event not to be missed.
