Is my ticket purchase non-refundable?
Yes, ticket purchases are non-refundable. You can transfer tickets to a friend if needed.
Do I need to display my tickets on a smartphone to enter the event?
Mobile tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone for entry.
What items are prohibited?
The following items are prohibited:
Cameras, Go-pros, selfie sticks
Backpacks & large bags
Weapons
Laser pointers
Illegal drugs
Any devices found in use will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation. Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund.
All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search.
Is re-entry permitted into the venue?
