Come and learn from our experts on all the pressing topics that will help you to achieve balance in your life and avoid burnout. We'll be hosting sessions on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, body positivity, educating you how to be a mindful drinker, giving real actionable advice and tips to help support your financial wellbeing, as well as so many other brilliant sessions through the day.
As always Getahead promises to offer you an amazing variety of fitness and mindfulness sessions, and this year we are delighted to welcome many new partners including Sleep Retreat hosted by Rob da Bank. Enjoy a free massage, laugh along with some stand-up comedy, and come and meet our furry friends from Cuddle Club and enjoy the benefits of dog therapy.
