Making a rare New York City appearance, Roderic brings his rich, genre-defying sound from Mexico City. From the vibrant crossroads of Beirut to the global stage of New York City, Mashrik weaves the sounds of his Lebanese-Egyptian heritage into riveting, unorthodox house music. VAPOURS by **Lea Bertucci** is a piece for string quartet and electronics commissioned by Quartetto Maurice and premiered in Italy at the group's Musica in Prossimita Festival in 2021. Vapours uses shifting states of fluid dynamics as a metaphor for perception and truth in the age of unknowing. With electronics, the ensemble expands and contracts between acoustic instruments and sound system, creating a dynamic and mesmeric meditation on the nature of perception. Although performed widely throughout Europe over the past five years, this performance at Public Records will be the New York premiere of the piece and features Conrad Harris \[violin\], Pauline Kim Harris \[violin\], Joanna Mattrey \[viola\], Alex Waterman \[cello\], + Lea Bertucci \[electronics\].

Lea Bertucci is a composer, performer, and sound designer whose work describes relationships between acoustic phenomena and biological resonance. In addition to her practice with woodwind instruments, she incorporates multi-channel speaker arrays, electroacoustic feedback, timbral techniques, and tape collage.

**Charmaine Lee** is an Australian vocalist based in New York. Using the voice, feedback, and live processing, Lee's practice is primarily concerned with risk-taking, playfulness, and improvisation.

Music at the Anthology \[MATA\] was founded in 1996 by Philip Glass, Eleonor Sandresky, and Lisa Bielawa and has become the world’s most sought-after performance opportunity for adventurous emerging music artists experimenting with composition, multimedia, and collaborative performance art. MATA presents, supports, and commissions new music by early-career composers at an internationally recognized concert festival each spring in NYC.

MATA’s programs are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

Joining her is dublab host **Bianca Lexis**, whose upbringing in LA's underground has developed an impressive ear for new wave and synth pop. UPSTAIRS, **Sunny Cheeba** takes the driver's seat for another night of Bronx-born flow.

While Zacharias veers toward variations of Detroit house, deep creep steps confidently through low and slow tech. Now Berlin-based, Pain Management's and Club Night Club's **Significant Other** flies stateside for his debut at Public Records. He has developed a signature sound consistent through his ambient, experimental, and club releases: hazy, dub atmospheres; liminial introspection; and low-end sonic textures. New York's best kept secret and downtempo shapeshifter **Razrbark** joins him, hot off a tripped out debut at Honcho last summer. UPSTAIRS, **Sepehr** spins from the chiller side of his off-kilter house and acid catalog.

Marihito

Japanese-born, Brooklyn-based DJ / Producer. He started music career in 2003 as a downtempo breakbeat producer. After a hiatus, Marihito reignited his live performance and DJ career in 2024, spurred by the release of his latest album *Music for Joshua Tree*, and now curates Zen/Echo in NYC.

Eden Aurelius

NYC-based producer and DJ Eden Aurelius originates from Chicago’s vibrant underground music scene. Inspired by the off-kilter, bass-oriented side of dance music and the deep, immersive end of modern electronic music, she provides a bridge between these two influences.

The Italian crate-digger has a knack for unearthing the wonky and offbeat, shedding light on forgotten techno records and other non-conformist cuts within the electronic music spectrum. The Level Party's **Rose Kourts** eases the room into buyoant dynamism with her own house and rave gems. **Yu Su**'s musical palate is expansive, where fourth world ambiance, left-field dance, and even experiential dining meet to form emotion-packed compositional punches. As a DJ, her dub-inflected sets touch on the textural, groovy, and polyrhythmic, well-fitting with **Simone de Kunovich**'s avant-garde electronics. 6 Years of PR continues with two of London's heaviest hitters in The Sound Room. Both artists hold shows on NTS and have quickly hit the international roster of in-demand powerhouses. Between **Moxie** and **Louise Chen**, expect nothing less than party-starting early house, techno, and garage. **Move D** emotes ambient-inflected house and techno with spacey ease. The German producer and DJ has a prolific taste for Detroit-inflected grooves, from electronic jazz to minimalistic ambient, that build on **Jenifa Mayanja**'s deep house cool. OJAS mastermind **Devon Turnbull** plays UPSTAIRS with **Haseeb Iqbal**, another Londoner, who will stretch out our sound system with UK jazz explorations.

Co-head of Stockholm's Northern Electronics, **Anthony Linnell** has unsolicitedly created a name for himself as one of techno's purest yet boundary-pushing innovators. His productions are experiments, ever pulling new sounds into his world of deep, pulsing psychadelia and brooding atmospheric synth tracks underlaid in low end drone. **Julia Govor**, another trailblazing fundamentalist, adds her dense, vivid, and unpredictable touch. **Umfang** is in the driver's seat all night for a special house set in The Atrium. She takes a dynamic approach to DJing, moving between minimalism and unabashed catharsis. Mood Hut's **CZ Wang** has worked with artists such as FKA Twigs, Ana Roxanne, and DJ Python. He spins his slippery downtempo heaters UPSTAIRS.
