Five Day Forecast

The Line of Best Fit returns with the ninth edition of the Five Day Forecast, an annual festival showcasing the very best in new music.

Viji, Jess Williamson, HotWax, Eaves Wilder, Divorce, Borough Council and gglum are just a handful of names that make up the eclectic line-up, which takes place at The Lexington in London and runs across five consecutive nights from 15-19 January.

Five Day Forecast has been a sell-out every year since 2015, with the likes of Self Esteem, Soccer Mommy, Snail Mail, Squid, Porridge Radio, Faye Webster, Pale Waves, Black Country, New Road and Jockstrap playing in previous editions.

Nottingham’s grunge alt-country four-piece Divorce made their debut with their Get Mean EP, an indie-rock road trip between adolescence and adulthood. As songwriter Tiger Cohen-Towell explains, “I wanted to channel a zeitgeist that we all feel in touch with, pain, trauma and cacophonous emotion; summarised in the mundanity of a service station.”
