Monakis

Monakis are a punk trio from Brighton. Debuting in December 2019 the band is formed of members, James Porter (Bass/Vocals), Aaron Butler (Guitar/Vocals) and Joe Mctaggart (Drums). Monakis bring a heavy hitting, raw, fast paced sound to the underground scene. The band have already been turning heads with their huge amounts of energy and aggression that go into their live performances.

You can hear a wide range of influences within their music, Aaron provides unique and authentic guitar melodies, inspired by the likes of Andy Gill of Gang Of Four. This combined with the technical beats from Joe, as well as in your face classic punk spat vocals, Brings with it a nostalgia for the likes of Cockney Rejects and The Sex Pistols. The lyrics take a literal and direct approach to issues with modern society and politics, Monakis want to provide a voice for our generation, protest, and unite people through their music.

Lizard Brain
Many people call it the "Lizard Brain,” because the limbic system is about all a lizard has for brain function. It is in charge of fight, flight, feeding, fear, freezing up, and fornication.
Stix ‘Drunkle’ Champion (Black time) on sticks, Dolores Jane (The Knights of Warwick ) on bass and Pedantic Paul (the Cavemen) on guitar.

Mules

Mules are a heavy Post-Punk band from Brighton. Their sound is a mix of spiky wiry punk rock combined with lyrics that are both personal and political, and often reference systems of control, hegemony, and a healthy dose of paranoia.

The Dynamite Club

Fronted by Sam Jones, the illegitimate and illiterate son of an illicit love affair between Glen Danzig and Henry Rollins, The Dynamite Club got their oats supporting the Dad Pistols on their 1978 'Winter of malcontent' tour. The next year they turned 27 and have been the same age since then. Their debut EP 'Is the dancefloor calling...no.' was recorded live onto 2 track cassette deck once owned by John Lennon.
The Dynamite Club are horrible stinking liars. Scoundrels of the worst kind. Steer clear.
