The Silent Era

Gotobeat is excited to team up with **The Victoria Dalston** to welcome **The Silent Era** for their gothic, halloween party with special guests on **Thursday, 31st October.**

**THE SILENT ERA -** London-based four-piece blending industrial, goth rock, shoegaze, and post-punk to create heavy, dreamy soundscapes, woven through with introspective lyrics which explore the darker side of human nature.

Each member comes from a different country with their own background and musical projects - they found their common playground in The Silent Era by drenching instruments in distortion and reverb and exploring various aspects of alt rock.

**MONOCHROMATIC VISIONS -** Juxtaposing dark sonics with luminous songwriting, the music of Monochromatic Visions has morphed into a marriage of  indie and post-punk that echo bands like The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Cure, The Raveonettes & Joy Division

***Work In TV -*** Work In TV bonded over a love of indie-disco and despite only recently releasing music, have already sold out shows in their native Sheffield and packed out venues on their first headline tour.

***The Silent Era -*** The Silent Era is a London-based four-piece blending industrial, goth rock, shoegaze, and post-punk to create heavy, dreamy soundscapes, woven through with introspective lyrics which explore the darker side of human nature.

***Güdness*** - Birthed in the late ends of summer 2023, Gudness is a fresh new project made up of four best friends based in the East Midlands. Stirred in a cauldron of 60s charm & 70s groove, the band provide an amalgamation of sounds into their own to the (Leicester’s) music scene.

***Gift Horse*** - Gift Horse is the London-based alternative pop duo, and songwriting partnership of Naomi Mann (lead vocals) and Charlie Butler (guitar, backing vocals).
