RY X revient en concert le 14 mars 2022 aux Folies Bergère.

Le chanteur australien, aujourd'hui à Los Angeles, excelle à amener son public dans un espace intime grâce au pouvoir d'une musique doucement intense et passionnée. Après le succès du titre « Berlin » en 2013, RY X a enchainé les tournées à guichets fermés.

Son premier album « Dawn » (2016) est une étude sublime sur l'art de dévoiler ses émotions, dans une atmosphère pop invitant à la réflexion, traversée de la voix éthérée qui caractérise les chansons de RY X. Son second album "Unfurl" sort en 2019. Entre ses rythmes ondoyants, ses guitares moelleuses, son piano équilibré et sa voix particulière, « Unfurl » fait ce que son titre suggère: cet album se déploie comme s'il se développait organiquement à partir du travail précédent de Ry, s'épanouissant dans de nouvelles directions tout en restant fidèle à ses racines. En janvier 2021, RY X a sorti son album live du concert donné dans l'emblématique salle londonienne : the Royal Albert Hall. Il était accompagné pour l'occasion par le London Contemporary Orchestra.

RY X has continued to show the life-affirming power of live music at a time when fans are desperately missing the opportunity to see shows in person. He recently released the ‘Live At The Royal Album Hall’ album, a majestic, warm and emotional document of a night that will live long in the memory of everyone present. He followed that by playing the global livestream event ‘Live From The Vibiana Cathedral’, in which a selection of fan favourites were reimagined with an intimate, stripped-back performance in a beautiful setting.

Now RY X confirms details of a long-awaited European/UK headline tour, which is set to commence in March 2022. With existing fans reminded of his breath-taking live performances and newcomers eager to see him after discovering him for the first time, demand for tickets is expected to be huge. The tour also represents his first full-scale live shows since October 2019.
