ROVR, the revolutionary music discovery platform, is excited to announce its official launch event in New York City.

The exclusive event, in collaboration with Public Records, will take place on Sunday, October 13. A unique two-floor musical experience with a diverse international lineup featuring **DāM-FunK** \[live\], **Radio Slave**, **Marco Weibel** b2b **Toribio**, **Lefto Early Bird**, **Mayumikiller**, **Kristine Barilli**, **Vladimir Ivkovic**, and special guests.

ROVR is an innovative sound exploration medium redefining the radio experience by blending cutting-edge technology with traditional crate-digging techniques. We pride ourselves on showcasing the pinnacle of sound curation, curated by some of the industry's most talented musicians and selectors, valuing human curation over AI-driven algorithms becoming overly prevalent in the industry.

The headliner for the event is one of ROVR’s most celebrated curators DāM-FunK, a trailblazer in the contemporary LA soul-funk scene. Joining him is Vladimir Ivkovic, a notoriously unique underground selector whose explorative sets traverse genres & boundaries. Direct from Japan is Mayumikiller, known for her mastery of diverse & eclectic beats, also joining us is Belgian DJ Lefto Early Bird, often referred to as “your favourite DJ's favourite DJ."

Representing NYC is Toribio, a rising multi-instrumental powerhouse whose soulful & spiritual sounds embrace multiple aspects of house, funk & jazz, he’ll be playing alongside Marco Weibel, the co-founder of Darker Than Wax. Marco's eclectic sound palette is rooted in deep crate digging, exploring old & new underground styles educating and entertaining audiences. Finally, we have NYC native Kristine Barilli, whose individually distinct style & approach consistently crosses genres, continents & dance floors.
