The Vacant Lots are an American psych-electronic trio comprised of Jared Artaud, Brian MacFadyen and new addition to the band, Luz Gallardo. The key element of The Vacant Lots’ minimalist, primitive rock and roll songs is their boundless energy, which tears up the psych template with a genuine punk spirit.
Other Side Promotions can not wait to host the The Vacant Lots in London, hot on the heels of the band touring the US with iconic US Psych rockers, The Black Angels in October 2022.
The group has collaborated with underground music legends including; Sonic Boom (who mixed their debut album Departure), Alan Vega of Suicide (who’s vocals are featured on the band’s second album Endless Night & who they’ve done a split 10’ with) and Anton Newcombe who has recorded and produced 2 EPs at his Cobra Studio in Berlin with the band.
The Vacant Lots have just announced their fourth album ‘Closure’ and sharing the lead single ‘Chase’, alongside September/October North American tour dates supporting The Black Angels and UK/Europe tour dates in November/December. ‘Closure’ is out September 30th 2022 via Fuzz Club and ‘Chase’ is out now and streaming here: thevacantlots.lnk.to/chase. Created under isolation, ‘Closure’ is The Vacant Lots’  most fully realized work to date. It arrives following their highly-praised 2020 album ‘Interzone’, Cold Cave remix 7” and Artaud’s recent work co-curating the ‘Vega Vault’ of unreleased Suicide/Alan Vega material (culminating in Artaud co-producing and mixing 2021’s lost Vega album, ‘Mutator’). The record was mixed by Maurizio Baggio (Boy Harsher, The Soft Moon, Merchandise) and all songs were written, performed and produced by The Vacant Lots.

My Expansive Awareness (ESP)
My Expansive Awareness are a neo-psychedelic garage band founded in Zaragoza, Spain, in 2013. The spacial sounds and loops of the band induce the listener into a trance. Their melodies, that have a pop touch mixed with distortions and energetic drums, reach different levels of sounds and sensations, creating a unique song style of their own. Influenced by older generations of artists, such as The Velvet Underground, 13th Floor Elevators, Pink Floyd, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, and The Doors, as well as more recent bands like The Brian Jonestown
Massacre, Tame Impala, The Black Angels, Spacemen 3, Thee Oh Sees and B.R.M.C., My Expansive Awareness has today become one of the references of space rock and neo-psych made in Spain.
Along with the release of their latest LP Taste of Blood (2021), My Expansive Awareness has tailored a special multi sensorial live experience : The Red Frequency Show. My Expansive Awareness invites you to forget the here and now for some time and travel through the depths of consciousness and the universe instead.

The Confederate Dead
London based five piece The Confederate Dead are a reverb drenched offering that bring forward songs of colour and death. They have a high output rate, releasing five LPs since 2012, and their latest offering Infinite Expansion makes it six. They have influences ranging from sixties psychedelia to Islamic prayer and back to neo/psych drone and you can hear hints of their eclectic influences such as Galaxie 500, The Asteroid No.4 and Joy Division.
The bands latest album, Infinite Expansion was released in August 2020 to critical acclaim.
