Lev Snowe

Burs (the small things that stick with you) is a Toronto based folk-rock group that strives to create thoughtful alternative music, washing over each moment with absolute warmth and homestyle harmony, pursuing catharsis and connection on stage. The quartet comprises Lauren Dillen, Ray Goudy, Devon Savas and Aidan McConnell, who share roles as composers, producers, and multi-instrumentalists.

Their debut album Holding Patterns \[September 2022\] conjures an impression of deep folk roots and left-field sonic tendencies, hailed as "a rich and often ethereal collection of songs able to change with fluid ease" \[The Revue\]. Since the LP release in September 2022, Burs has stages with acts such as Field Guide, By Divine Right, Shotgun Jimmie, Another Michael, Living Hour, Fontine, Rachel Bobbitt, Sunnsetter, and more. A second full-length record is currently in the works for an early 2025 release.
