Join Resident Holistic Health Guide Fran (@flowwithfran) & Sound Healing Practitioner Sabira @soundtherapywithsabira for a wellbeing day focussed on slowing down and discovering ways to connect with your own self.
Fran will first guide you through a practical exploration of your own breath, and why it holds so much hidden power in our daily wellbeing, combined with a guide, essential oil filled, self massage session. 
She will then take you through a gentle, all abilities movement class, to explore sensations through the physical body.
There will be the opportunity for a short break and a delicious smoothie on the house!
The day will be topped up by a gorgeous sound healing soundscape, in which Sabira will guide you through a relaxing and self-reflective music session.
We will be ending the day with a closing circle of gratitude, sharing the thoughts for the final moment together.
