Forlorn

Formed in late 2019, FORLORN blend folk horror and paganism to carve out their own brand of 'Midsommar Metal'. The juxtaposition of ethereal vocal melodies and haunting soundscapes with chaotic drums and crushing low-level guitars, paired with Megan’s brutal screams, bring together Forlorn’s unique sound and visual identity.

Latest single ‘Redeem, Release’ lyrically and instrumentally explores the introspective complexities of abusive relationships and the oppression faced by a toxic perpetrator.

Following the release of ‘Old Wounds’, picked by Kerrangs’ Alex Baker as “featured artist of the week”, and post tour with Devil Sold His Soul and Urne, the band's upcoming live campaign includes joining festival line-ups with bands such as Conan, Palm Reader, Cancer Bats as well as Pupil Slicer and Svalbard.
