Firungi ('foreigner' in Hindi) is an Indian American global house artist, designer and nightlife developer based in Brooklyn. With roots in Seattle, Los Angeles, London and Mumbai, he has spent a lifetime experiencing and understanding different cultures.

Coming from a family of musicians and DJs, Firungi has been producing and performing for over 15 years. In the past year, he has garnered support for his music from Jyoty, Keinemusik, Chris Lake, MoBlack, Kahani and Swami Sound.

Firungi focuses on bringing people of all backgrounds together through producing music influenced by a range of cultures, creating live experiences that are centered around intimacy and diversity of attendees + artists, and designing merchandise that serves as culturally symbolic pieces. With residencies at some of the most music-forward and exclusive clubs in New York, Firungi is not one to miss this year.
