SOTVO have unveiled their full-length debut "Trip Preserve." Self-produced in Brooklyn in 2023, this album stands as a testament to SOTVO's musical vision and fierce live energy. Seamlessly melding the chilly intensity of post-punk, the captivating darkness of doom, the dreamy soundscapes of shoegaze, and the haunting allure of goth and death rock, the result is a surreal sonic expedition into an intricate web of emotion and melodic noise.

FAUX FEAR

Faux Fear’s music captures that delicate balance between ecstatic beauty and meaningless void. Aesthetically a goth band, Faux Fear is gilded in romanticism and, likewise, favors a return to past form: rejecting cold maximalism for the passion that comes with doing it yourself. There’s an intimacy to the recordings that feels like a celebration of the act; even the drum-machine has a warm, human touch to it. You can hear how delicate it all hangs in the balance; the frailty of three people working together on a shared project is what makes the music so visceral.

NONE SHALL REMAIN

None Shall Remain forges its own path as it blends post-punk with aspects of goth rock, darkwave, and shoegaze. Lyrically, they unflinchingly explore how we simultaneously accept and deny death. NSR studio recordings light up the dance floor, while the trio’s live performances are an equally powerful, yet distinctively raw, experience.
