DJ Fat Tony has been a fixture of London’s club scene since the late ’80s, cutting his teeth at West End dance institutions the Wag Club and Limelight. A fashion party favourite, he has DJ’d alongside Roger Sanchez and Carl Cox, played New York’s Palladium and opened up about his struggles with drug addiction on his popular podcast, The Recovery.

Starting his career 3 decades ago at an age too young to mention, Fat Tony has had his say in paving the way for the UK’s current music scene.

Early on he won residencies for Trade at Turnmills, Egg and Limelight while also making his mark in New York holding a weekly show at The Palladium for Steve Rubell during the height of Paradise Garage.

He has also graced the main floor of Privilege Ibiza, Space, Amnesia, DC10 and is a regular at Ministry of Sound, Defected and Glitterbox.

Never the type to stick in one lane, Tony has taken his unique sense of humour to become one of the UK’s most recognised meme ‘curators’ on Instagram and with a following of 360k shows no sign of slowing down.
