Polyglamorous proudly invites you to our extra special February club event, featuring guest performer: COBRAH!

COBRAH, the experimental electronic artist that’s become a globally celebrated vocalist, producer, fashion iconoclast and cultural boundary-pusher whose sleek, playful, often subversive views of sexuality and female power emanate from every note, every purred vocal and every clothing stich.

Having already clocked global hits including the propulsive, tongue in cheek “GOOD PUSS” -- which has more than 25 million streams and was nominated for a Swedish Grammy -- and featuring in the hypnotic 2022 club smash “MAMI,” COBRAH has recently unleashed her third EP, Succubus, a seven-track collection that came out in October 2023. Polyglamorous is an independent queer club night, featuring 4 DJS, drag hosts, gogo dancers, visual artists and more!

Il y a cinq ans, Clara, alias COBRAH, s'est glissée pour la première fois dans une combinaison en latex noir. Par-dessus, elle a ajouté un corset, bien serré. Très serré.

À ce moment-là, dit-elle, elle n'a "jamais été aussi excitée par quoi que ce soit. C'était comme tomber amoureuse".

Il ne s'agissait pas seulement de l'excitation que procurent les vêtements fétiches moulants. C'est à ce moment-là que Clara s'est complètement transformée en COBRAH, l'artiste électronique expérimentale qui est depuis devenue une chanteuse, une productrice, une iconoclaste de la mode et une repousseuse de frontières culturelles célèbre dans le monde entier, dont les points de vue élégants, ludiques et souvent subversifs sur la sexualité et le pouvoir féminin émanent de chaque note, de chaque voix ronronnante et de chaque couture de vêtement.

Elle a déjà enregistré des succès mondiaux, dont le propulsif et ironique "GOOD PUSS" - qui a été écouté plus de 25 millions de fois et a été nominé pour un Grammy suédois - et a participé à l'hypnotique "MAMI", qui a fait fureur dans les clubs en 2022, et qui est devenu un véritable succès.

Originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, COBRAH now resides in Stockholm. Upon moving to the city, she quickly became embedded in its underground fetish scene, sending party organizers the Soundcloud link to music she and some friends had made. COBRAH’s talent resonated immediately when she started making music, with one of her first ever tracks -- the spare, aggressive “IDFKA” -- clocking millions of streams across platforms and remaining one of her biggest hits to date. This was also the first song she ever performed live, while outfitted in latex at a fetish party.
