The story goes that it was Aloe Blacc, who was responsible for starting the connection that gave rise to one of the most unique duos in American West Coast Rap: Blu & Exile.

Solos both have very significant discographies both in terms of quality and quantity. Dozens of albums and many other collaborations with the cream of his counterparts. Aloe Blacc, Evidence, Alchemist, Miguel, Prodigy, MF DOOM, Anderson .Paak, Madlib, etc.  
Credits in the production of artists such as Mobb Deep, Big Sean, Jurassic 5, Flying Lotus or Snoop and Wiz Khalifa are letters of recommendation that are impossible to ignore.
