Ben Quad

Emo quartet Ben Quad introduced themselves in 2018 with a split EP that immediately caught the attention of both the local Oklahoma music scene and the country’s greater “DIY” scene. Since then, the band has garnered support from fans around the world and has played a multitude of stages ranging from DIY house venues to 500 capacity rooms. Taking cues from Midwest emo, early 2000’s post-hardcore, and contemporary 5th wave emo, Ben Quad delivers music that is equal parts vulnerable and aggressive.

After an unforeseen line-up change and 1.5 year-long quarantine hiatus, Ben Quad finally delivered their debut album, I'm Scared That's All There Is, on June 29th, 2022. The record became an instant staple within the emo scene and received EOTY acclaim from outlets such as UPROXX, Brooklyn Vegan, and the Alternative. Since the release of their album, Ben Quad has toured with several acts such as Cliffdiver, Riley!, and Mt. Oriander and has had their music featured in the videogame Rock Band.
