3rdShiftNYC is an artist development platform for the next big stars in music, as well as a community cultural hub and nightlife event series based in New York City. We curate unique experiences that celebrate rap, hip-hop, and r&b artistry and showcases the budding talent that pushes the genre forward.

Our event features special guest appearances, curated DJ sets from the new and hottest songs, and a who’s who guestlist of the city’s most influential tastemakers.
